Oxford Village apartments come fully furnished with twin sized beds, a couch, two chairs, and a kitchen table set. The furniture was in good condition and the apartments are quite spacious. Although the apartments are very expensive, the staff are polite and are try there best to help you in any way possible. ...

As I entered the apartment there was a smell. As I walked through and noticed broken blinds ripped sofa one closet not two and made my way the the bathroom. Someone had used it and did not flush the carpets nothing was clean.... if o could I would have left but I was tied into a Year lease. They are to replace the blinds and sofa we shall see. We cleaned really well certainly not what they show you in the model unit. I rented from fall 2018 through fall 2018. ...

Location on campus and everything is included. Much better than the rip-off housing off campus. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11.

Oxford Village is possibly the worst place to live on Temple's campus. Yes, the location is prime, but there are so many hassles and it it way too expensive. Recently, someone's visitors to this apartment complex kicked a hole in the drywall at one the stairway landings. They billed each apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor $40. Combined they got $320 to fix a hole in the drywall that can't be more than 1 square foot big. Since then, more holes have been put in the walls by idiots, cops have shown up at the apartment complex, and fights have occurred in the hallways over these holes. We also have to take time out of our schedules to meet with the property manager about charges being filed with the University Disciplinary Committee. BIGGEST HASSLE EVER!!! NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE!! I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
