The ONLY plus about Park Towne is it's location to CC, 676, 95. But the laundry list of problems doesn't make it worth the cost or hassle. O Sneaky management (Lease renewal is given to you right when your 60-day notice is due, never return calls or acknowledge that you are NOT renewing) O Poor maintenance (anywhere from 4 weeks to 2 months for repairs, if they come at all!) O Constant construction with slow, dirty construction workers (granted, this is not PT's problem per-say but oversee the people you are paying to do work, and don't let them spend all day gawking at every woman that walks by) O Leaks EVERYWHERE.. from ceiling, faucets, under the sink, in basement O The BRAND NEW exterior and interior' Looks nice if you are tripping I suppose.. Don't expect your apartment to be BRAND NEW. Outdated appliances, bathroom fixtures and even more outdated heating and air system. O Unexplainable utility bills that are nice and low the first few months (maybe to keep the new residents happy), then creep up and up until you are paying 100 more a month that you previously were. O Security.. well one or two are extremely nice and helpful, but the rest.. good luck getting your packages or getting them to even lift a finger. They are too busy sleeping / eating / chatting away on the phone. I wouldn't pay $1000 or even $500 a month to live in this dump. And PTP thinks they are going to become more upscale with their renovation' Good luck with that... Residents are moving out in DROVES. Might as well turn this dump into university housing because that's all it's good for. I rented from spring '06 through spring '08. ...
