The parking assigned which is great. The manager was always friendly. There was a w/d in unit! They raised the rent to $675 which was the reason we moved. It is quiet most of the time, not ideal for a partier because they do enforce the rules after a certain hour. But great for newlyweds and single college students! Secured front doors which always made me feel better and locking mailboxes in the front of the apartments. Over all I would say 8 out of 10 for Sienna Lofts I rented from winter '06 through winter '07. ...
