well, i just moved in to this property, and these past few days have been chilly especially at night. While the last time I went to the manager's office, it was like 80 degree that i wished I could live inside that office even though it's very small, but at least it's warm! the manager seemed not to care that probably some of her tenants may not be able to handle the cold either just like her, but she wasnt thinking about her tenants at all. while the weather has turned to cold, the manager didnt do anything at all about it, such as turn on the main boiler room. So i called her during at night, why there hasnt been any heat these past few days, when the weather has turned to 56 degree especially at night. instead of sending someone to here and turn it on the heater right away, but i would have to sleep in the very cold apt for another night. at least that's what she said, that she'd take care of it tomorrow morning. i guess we'll see. I have been requested to have someone turn off the fan near the kitchen 3 days ago, but i still have the fan which is on all day and it's quite noisy. I hate to say that the fact, this place is probably the most convenient and affordable to live in the OHSU area, be on the top of the mountain and all. I was hoping that the manager would be more considerate about what's going on...like, if she felt cold, she would consider about her tenants might feel cold too I rented from spring '07 through fall '07. ...
