This was a great place to live! The only problem I ever had was the biker downstairs liked to fight loudly with his wife. The first manager was a ditz but was replaced by a very responsible couple. There was always room to park. Very quiet most of the time, close to shopping and right on the bus line. I only moved because a friend needed a second roommate. I would love to live there again.
