The manager of this apartment (who also manages East 12 Lofts and Hawthorne 26 I believe) is the worst manager I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. She is nice and very helpful before you move in but afterwards, if you ever have any question or issue, she does not reply to emails or phone calls and any attempts to meet with her in person are for naught. Tanika (the manager) is extremely unprofessional and is in violation of our contract because my current living conditions are unlivable. If she is truly the head of all these apartments, then she needs to learn how to manage a business because she will be losing some serious money. If she is NOT then she needs to be fired and find a different line of work. I love these apartments however, Tanika has made this experience truly awful and I will strongly be considering breaking my lease. I was also considering moving to Hawthorne 26 after my lease here was up however, if Tanika manages those apartments as well, there is no way in hell I would ever want to sign into a contract with her again. ...
