I have lived here for more than one year. Although I do have issues with the noise I hear from my upstairs neighbor, the place is okay. Rent is high, but management has always been nice and helpful to me, but then again, I have always tried to approach them in a reasonable manner. Maybe that helps. NEVER MOVE HERE!!!! This is hands down the worst place ever. Crime all the time, car break ins, no security whatsoever, awful parking, uncaring management, ridiculous prices, construction on the supermall next to us all day every day, you can't sleep in on saturdays thanks to the noise from construction.
