I love this place. It's a quiet, wetland setting with gorgeous grounds! The apartments are built very well (I've never heard my neighbors) and the management is great. I've lived here for over 2 years now and I just signed another year-long lease. Management switched over about the time I arrived here so I've heard they are a lot better than they used to be. Main things, it's quiet, management is great, service is VERY Fast (Same day, always) and the neighbors are nice. Parking is not as bad as it used to be. I always see open spots and I have 2 garages! Grounds look impeccable, always painting the street, always trimming yards and bushes. It never looks unkept. Kitchens and rooms are updated and great build quality. Granite counters and stainless steel everywhere. I have signed a few leases (most minimum time) and I have never felt pressured to sign anything longer. They are so nice here!
