The facilities are slightly older than some of the other buildings in Portland and the neighborhood is technically low income. You get what you pay for, but not much else. There are good food and grocery options within walking distance and it is far enough from downtown that the hustle and bustle of city life has slowed to a simmer but isn’t totally absent.
