Do NOT rent from London Square apartments in Tulsa!! You will have to constantly deal with roaches/bugs the size of the palm of your hand! They will INTENTIONALLY bait your apartment to draw them INTO your apartment. You will have to deal with neighbors' music so loud that it will vibrate your walls and windows....almost nightly. You will have to deal with an office staff that answers the phone - IMMEDIATELY asks you to hold - and rolls the calls to their answering service so they don't have to speak with you. You will have to deal with an office staff that will CANCEL your rental contract (mid-term) only to turn around and RAISE your rent to an ungodly amount. (About $700 a month for an 800 Sq Ft apt.) You will have to put up with calling for maintenance repairs a minimum of 6-8 times before someone will jot your issue down on a stickie-note (notice I didn't say answer or resolve your issue.....just to jot it down on a stickie note, that is.) You WILL live in 80+ degree heat INSIDE your "supposedly" air-conditioned apartment. You will have to put up with this and more CRAP than humanly necessary - just to live here. Go somewhere else. Do NOT rent here!! You will be better off staying in a shelter - at least they will treat you like a human being there. OMFG, I don't beleive it.
