I've only had 2 bad experiences out of the year that I stayed there. The first was due to a pipe that busted from calcium corrosion, water was flooding in my bathroom and kitchen for 4 days and the office wouldn't send anyone to look at it. Took all of 2 hours to get it all fixed. Next issue, there was one month randomly that had bugs come from eveey which way no matter what product i used to kill, or the products i used to clean. Over all though, the staff, the neighbors, the amenities I loved. It was the perfect first apartment choice. I only left because I needed a bigger place to take my brother in and I needed to be in his school district. ...

I moved into this complex mid 2019 when they were under previous mgmt. Northstar Properties LLC was terrible. Greystar took over ownership and so many things were taken care of that were past due, and moving out/any questions I had about portal payments were quickly answered. They have renovated the units, they are median price range as well. I was sad to go but was too burnt out from my first 9 months with bad management to stay. If I had to move again I would give them another chance. ...

Very friendly staff. Maintenance staff were timely and helpful with any issues. When a new neighbor was causing trouble to other residents, the manager of the complex was quick to action to remove the trouble maker and followed up with the residents in regards to happiness and safety.
