I HAVE ENDURED THIS HELL-HOLE FOR TWO YEARS NOW!! (PLEASE READ) This place (if shown a proper unit) will have you thinking you outsmarted the system and found the perfect little home get away. That is until you sign that lease and realize what a big mistake you made. From the water getting shut off "for repairs" WEEKLY (if not DAILY), to the countless arguments from your neighbors at 2 am. They should also consider renaming the street to "Dog Sh*t Blvd". If you are two days late on rent, they will shut down the availability for you to pay on the online portal and you will then have to get cash (they don't accept money orders) to take to Walmart and pay. BUT be warned, if Walmart's system is down and you inform the property manager himself of the situation it wont matter and you'll get all kinds of (Harassing at best & Threatening at worst) emails such as "You are 2-3 days late on rent, if can't pay by tomorrow it would be better if you just brought your keys to the office". (They also called my mother, which honestly would be kind of hilarious if she didn't have trauma inducing anxiety) First of all, I told them my situation (I'm an OTR truck driver who HAS to pay online 'cause I'm not home all the time) countless times within the very FIRST moment I realized I couldn't pay online. Now on to the extremes... 1.) My next door neighbor died and no one realized or checked on him for 2-3 weeks. (Now I have a new neighbor not even 3 weeks after that. I guarantee he doesn't know about the previous renter.) 2.) My other direct next door neighbors (I've had two live in that one in my 2 years being here.) BOTH experienced furniture ruining, carpet destroying leaks where they also had to come into MY apartment and knock huge holes in MY wall fixing the pipes for their apartment. 3.) Tree limbs are constantly falling on cars when even the slightest amount of ice gets on them during those Oklahoma storms 4.) Shootings or fireworks? You tell me, its April 9th right now.. 5.) Can't use ANYthing properly or without it malfunctioning I.E. Dishwasher, Shower, Sinks, Toilets, Light switches, Outlets themselves, hell even the f*cking front door is so old its not aligned and have to adjust everytime you TRY to open it (that one may be just my apartment but STILL they don't everrrrr fix these problems in a timely manner because its "non emergency".) 6.) I went to go do laundry, which is highway robbery by the way. ($1.50/per LOAD) Not only were three of the six machines broken (like always), to my surprise a homeless individual had snuck in there (probably due to the cold) and was OD'd in the middle of the floor. Safe to say that alone was traumatizing. What if a kid walked in?! 7.) The attitude alone of EVERY. SINGLE. WORKER. Is un-f*cking bearable. From asking of the slightest favor (asking for the code to laundry room) to explaining law suit forming rent issues, such as NO hot water for DAYS. (or hell even NO heat during those big winter storms) Cross your fingers that your power doesn't go out during then too because then you'll have to use their VERY outdated fireplaces, that I absolutely guarantee have never seen a chimney brush since built. 8.) Bugs run rampant in the summer and even heard a couple arguing few doors down from a rat problem behind their stove. (Yes its like you know everyone's business here as well from how thin the walls are) I'm sure I could keep on going because this is just off the top of my head but I've honestly never had such a hard time just trying to stay out of everyones way, pay my rent, and live peacefully. Its just not possible here. Ive been polite long enough. Multiple, multiple occasions I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's just absolutely miserable out here. Again I've lived here for two years with my beautiful golden retriever. Yes its cheap, but man is there some hoops (flaming dog sh*t hoops at that) that you have to jump through just to survive at the Six100 apartments. Have a blessed day, week, year everyone & happy house/apartment hunting! ...

A lot of vehicle related crimes. My car was broken into, air is always let out of my tires and license plate and frame were stolen. There is no security on site as with previous property owners. Security doors into building never works.
