Former Resident

Affordable, great location, but the worst place I have ever lived. No keys to your deadbolt like you’ll be promised just keypad locks on doors, no central heat and air in many units, constant plumbing issues, poorly insulted, and windows that are sealed literally shut. Forget fresh air or fire safety. I’ve never felt unsafe, but the courtyards are poorly lit and unsecured. That + being so close to a major highway could be a dealbreaker. ...
