I lived here for only 6 months and they raised my rent $40.00. My daughter also lives here and they raised her rent $40.00 after 6 months. The floor in my apartment slopes to the middle and nothing is level. I rented from winter '08 through spring '08.

It's ok if you don't mind driving 30 minutes each way, or having your car broken into. The price is great and it is nice having wal-mart so close. I rented from summer '07 through fall '07.
