We have lived here less than two months and our truck has been broken into and attempted to be stolen, the tags stolen, and broken into a third time and gutted for parts and attempted to be stolen again and now is unable to start. There is no patrol that drives through here. When I asked neighbors if they have seen anything by our truck, they said their truck had been stolen straight out the parking lot 4 months ago. The apartment is under new management but Vesta employee couldn’t care less about the situation and gave us a “what a bummer” kind of response. We don’t want to keep having our vehicles destroyed and ransacked, but we’d have to spend $3400 in order to end the lease. We asked is there anything going to be done to ensure a little more safety or security, and again, a shrug. We’ve also seen multiple roaches and they don’t really care about taking care of that. We’ve had to replace multiple lightbulbs in the first month. Please, do yourselves a favor and look somewhere else. We’re only here because we’re trapped. ...
