Mansion house is great because they have the best location in Tulsa & their amenities are fantastic. They share with University Club, so you can use the pool/entertainment rooms/movie theater/library/gym/yoga classes without having to pay extra for the University Club high rise price. The staff is great & very attentive; my climate control broke and they had someone up within an hour to repair the entire thing. They do pest control regularly so the units are very clean and you can also request extra treatment if you need it. You don't have to walk to a dumpster to take trash out, each floor has trash chutes which is extremely convenient. They also send texts from the front desk to your phone so you always know what's going on (maintenance, community apartment events, etc.) PLENTY of parking/guest spaces/street spots. Safe & gated. Only down side is that there are only two elevators for the building so the wait could be longer if they're busy so you have to take the stairs. Overall, would definitely recommend to friends, especially for the price. ...

I really like living here. I feel welcome and safe. The apartment and amenities are nice. Neighbors are nice. Plus, the location is great. But, the day and night maintenance staff, and the young women at the front desk, are the best!!! They are all SO helpful and accommodating. This is a good place to call home:) I rented from fall 2015 through winter 2021. ...

Cindy, Kaitlyn and Bethany do a wonderful job of creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued. They offer welcome kits, host fun monthly events, and always have smiles on their faces. Plus, they even make dogs feel welcome. They keep dog treats at the front desk, and dogs come looking for them daily on the way to or from their walks. I rented from winter 2015 through winter 2020. ...
