This is perhaps the worst place I have ever lived! The staff are rude, they have zero security, even though they have gates that they never fix or use. The type of 'trash' they allow to move in is similar to New York City slums! They do very little to make the place look nice and appealing and their rent is a little too high for what you're getting! The location is one half mile away from Tulsa's murder capital (61st street). I'd say if you like living in the projects then Sand Dollar on the river is right for you! ...
