The only reason I would live here again is that it is very updated and easy to clean your own area by yourself. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear anything happening in the hallway along with people talking in the kitchen. The elevator breaks constantly in both the building and the parking garage. They might entice you with the "cheap" prices but add on an extra $50 for the parking permit (where they rarely check the garage) and $35 for furnishings every month. Our doormat was stolen every Saturday night and moved around the hall. When we complained to the staff they said they couldn't look at the cameras unless they had a police report. The hallways also do not get vacuumed but once a month. Requesting for maintenance is easy but who knows when they will show up to fix it. ...

First year here and really like it so far. Has pool area and plenty of study rooms on all levels. Parking garage is nice also, so you don't have to worry about your car when at school all week. Nice location really close to campus and lot of places to eat as well. ...

I lived with 3 other roommates in Midtown and enjoyed every minute of it! The kitchen and living room area is very spacious and nice! There were 4 separate bedrooms with a queen bed and included furniture. Each room had its own toilet and shower as well.
