This staff really does not follow any screening process in it's applicants, regardless of what they say. Thy have a high crime rate, in my time there cars had been burned, women assulted, security gaurd shot, and man killed in his truck. The grounds are dirty, cluttered with trash, broken beer bottles, and condoms. The security system that they claim to have as far as I saw is the fact that Tulsa Police are called out there almost nightly. The parking is a nightmare, and maintainece is something to be desired. This place really was a unsafe environment. I rented from spring '06 through summer '07. ...
