Landlord's name is Teresa. She takes 12 months of money, but only allow you to stay for 11.5 month. She deducts $50/room from deposit if you don't PROFESSIONALLY steamed and shampoo the apt. If you sublease from the resident, she'll deduct double money. I rented from summer 10 through summer 11. ...
