The Quarry is advertised as off campus Luxury Apartments but are not very Luxury. Historically they are low-quality to average for Maintenance requests often opting for the quick fix, overall apartments are built cheap. While staying here my window leaked and it took multiple request to get it fixed. The pro's include 2 pools and a fitness center, also individual bathroom/closet attached to each bedroom. At the end of the day the pro's (personal bathroom and closet, pools) outweigh the con's when considering most leasing companies have issues with maintenance and upkeep. ...
