This place is awful. Laurel residential the owners buy slum apartments and don’t take care of them. Do not move here. There is but only one internet and cable provider that is spectrum no dishwasher the kitchen is small. Read fine print on lease. They will find every way to not give back security deposit as well. ...

Landlord wants money more than anything. Violating certain codes that a landlord should follow. My neighbor had to wait almost a year to have a hole fixed in there ceiling, due to leak upstairs. Landlord said it cost him too much. If I could my wife I would pack up & leave this dump. ...
