So far my experience at Stetson Square has been good. My roommates and I had to move in a bit later due to Covid, but it was worth it in the end. The apartment is great, and so far no major issues. I love that the parking garage is protected and gated underneath the building, and all the elevators go directly down. Plus assigned parking always makes me happy knowing exactly where my car is. The neighbors upstairs can be a bit loud, but as to be expected in a large apartment complex. The staff is a little new, but they try to be as helpful as they can. Overall the rent split between 4 people isn't bad, and it feels great to be independent from campus. As nursing students we are very happy to be close to med campus. I would recommend touring the place however just to get an accurate count for how spacious the place is, since I wasn't able to tour before I moved in. Also be sure when they say you get a "balcony" it isn't the Romeo and Juliet Balcony like we got, it was a bit misleading. I would also recommend the out building (3031 Eden) instead of the main building. It's cheaper, not that far of a walk, and safer because you always need a key to get into the off building, but the main doors are open in the main one during office hours. Overall for a student at UC to want an off campus apartment with friends, I would go with Stetson!! Photo: 4 happy roommates on move in day (I promise we're all smiling very big) ...
