I agree with the above post. We had a couple of issues living here. Number one PD&L in the winter months was $165. Absolutely uncalled for. The apartments aren't insulated well AT ALL. If you go anywhere near a door or window you can feel the drift. The heat runs ALL DAY LONG. It is supposed to go off when the place reaches that temperature but the insulation is so poor that it runs and runs all day so no wonder why the bill is so high. Would not recommend this place to interested renters. We had a child in the 2nd bedroom and it was freezing in the room at night. I wanted to keep the door closed due to the cats, but had to keep it open because if not is was absolutely freezing in our child's room. ...

The parking is absolutly horrible, the grounds are not maintained there is trash and dog feces where children are suppose to play. The walls are very thin and if anything needs to be fixed there is a woman named Renee who is hard to deal. Lalique apartments wants there money but does not want to take responsibilily for the grounds or maintenance. ...
