I lived at 1421 since 2013 under CLFT ownership Great property management and tenant focus. BrookSomer LLC purchased in 2021 and the property management and ownership was horrific! Garbage not collected for weeks causing rodent problems; laundry maintenance filth and constant break downs leaving only one washer available for 7 suites. Rodent and bug problems and property management stated “we have exterminated once the year.”?. Paying rent through Cash App?. Water damage and whole in ceiling for over 8 months before repairs (photos as proof). Owner was threatening and so aggressive I chose to correspond by emails. The property management was A Karen towards Black women and very condescending. Several old tenants after BrookSomer purchased property Never provided security deposits to tenants, and blocked their numbers. Contacted City and Councilwoman regarding this owner. SLUMLORD ...

Waiting for months to address maintenance issues. One washer and one dryer always down. Never clears parking area. Garbage for several weeks not collected. Noticeable that property maintenance is not good.

Well maintained. Halls are cleaned once a month by management. On site laundry in basement. My apartment was super spacious. Private parking space and balcony. I enjoyed living here and maintenance always took care of issues.
