This place looks nice but it's an overpriced shithole The walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything All appliances are the cheapest they could get a hold of The parking garage charges $30/month and has no cameras and break-ins typically everyday If you life on the first floor have a chance of apartment getting broken into The hot tub is often discolored and when residents complained the management decided to shut-it down instead of fixing it The maintainance guys are nice and helpful but there's only so much you can do to a cheap place and management is completely worthless I rented from summer 10 through fall '08. ...
