I definitely wish I would’ve have found another apartment. The price that was quoted to me for my monthly rent is definitely not what I have been charged and to top it off they charge a $47.97 convenience fee on their app to pay your rent where other complexes only charge $3.99. The apartment they have me in is outdated and ran down and is not a two bathroom as advertised it is a 1.5 bathroom. I would definitely recommend anyone searching to look else where! ...

Mark the Maint. guy moved with urgency and efficiency when my fridge broke while haveing a dinner party planed for that night. Maint. here have been on point so far. I rented from spring 10 through winter 11.

Since the new managment took over summer of 2007 it has been a great improvement. The staff is very helpful and will do anything that they can to assist you. I rented from summer '07 through spring '08.

This place is way overrated. Management is bad, units are old and falling apart. Oh, they have some updated units, and will most likely tell you that you've been assigned one that is updated, but the week before you move-in you will be told that the people renewed their lease (even though they tell their residents that if you do not renew by a certain date your lease will be terminated and your address will be assigned to someone on the waitlist, and that they will no longer accept your renewal.) The staff is horrible, and the they seldom actually help you with any problems. They also do not spell check or edit anything they send to the residents, showing just how professional they are and much they care about their residents. There are better options in the OSU area, so be sure to look elsewhere before you commit to the OC. I rented from fall '06 through summer '08. ...

Overall the place isn't bad, with a few exceptions. They don't tend to plow the roads right away during winter, which can suck if you're bad at winter driving. The apartments are really loud and creaky, so don't try to make the basement your bedroom if you are a light sleeper. Parties are somewhat frequent but they don't appear to get out of control. The management changed about halfway through my lease, and I haven't dealt with any of the new management staff yet. The actual price of the place was something like $1050/month, the cost of utilities isn't bad either. The AC tends to freeze a lot, so you'll have to leave it off for a day or two once it freezes. Other than that, I didn't have any problems with appliances. It's not a bad place. I rented from spring '07 through spring '08. ...
