Black mold,bugs of all kinds,no parking. They charged me a water bill and not my neighbors. I had always felt as if I was being discriminated against and that makes sense because my cousin filed discrimination against the old manager. The old manager sounds as in past tense but no she's now in a higher position. Crazy that leads to a promotion. The grass is always filled with trash nobody ever cleans it up and the they charge you if it happens to fly into the vicinity of your door. The management is extremely rude and pathological liar's. They illegally charge for water which was not in my lease and the say that they passed out notices which is absolutely false and even lied about this in court. Sadly they say that money is just long gone and I can't get it back. Save yourself and your sanity and stay away although you may not have a choice either way because they are still discriminating and only move Hispanic people in. Be aware also the rules do not apply to them that they apply to you. ...
