I love it here, its really close to campus and the buses come pretty regularly. The only down side is it is a bit expensive and has slow internet but the rooms are spacious and there are lots of floor plans to choose from.

The Province is close to campus and is generally nice and well kept, but some damage to the apartment before I moved in, and people above us can be loud on some days, but its generally pretty quiet. The gym, game room, and theater are really good though.

The Province is nice with all the amenities, comes at quite a cost. Very expensive. And before COVID there was a gym, common area with ping pong and other games as well as a movie theatre. Now its just you and your room basically.

The Prov is really good for grad students. You can get a studio apartment and still be close enough to campus. You get furniture and good amenities. You can get mail here and a place to park right by your apartment.

I love the Province so far. I moved in with two friends and it has been so much fun so far. The apartment rooms and kitchen are big. Also if we have any problems maintenance comes right away and fixes it.

This is my first year living at The Province, so far it has been nice and I like everything about it. I really like the pool and workout center there. I love how much parking is there. I like the view and I love how it is a gated community.

Overall, I enjoyed my time at The Province. The apartments have the standard appliances plus laundry in-unit. The furniture is average (nothing special). The apartments themselves seem to vary; some residents hate them and find problems at every corner, but my apartment seemed fine (save for a slight draft). ...
