You really do get what you pay for here, but I find that that is a lot. I lived in a two bedroom and paid 510/mo and then moved to a 3 br and paid 625/mo. I know you pay an arm and a leg at the ritzier places like emerald lakes or highlands and you still probably don't get the square footage you get here. Of course there are problems (sometimes pest and bugs), but they take care of them very promptly. Overall, I'd say the complex is pretty good.
