Horrendous place to live. Bug infestations, incredibly slow maintenance, roof / ceiling leaks, weak A/C & heat, mold just spray coated over in the bathroom sinks, shower "wall" seperating from the actual wall, shady lease wordings & pressure & cooersion into resigning 4 months before your term is up. If you do stay here, beware of the "yearly walkthrough" - that is an excuse to get in your door & shove 2 new leases (one with a slight price increase for if you sign on the spot & one with a MUCH higher increase if you dont) in your face with no prior mention. Office staff is also very unorganized - they tried to say we never gave a 60 day notice when we had given them notice 6 months early. They lost our keys and tried to blame it on us as well. Would not recommend this place to anyone. On top of all of that, Very serious car theft problem. My car got broken into twice in under 6 months here while parked right outside my front door. Leaving for work in the mornings I would frequently see car doors hanging wide open in the parking lot as well. Make sure you lock your doors & do not keep anything of value in your car. ...

Could not have asked for more! Neighbors were quiet yet friendly. People that worked there are trust worthy. I rented from winter '06 through summer '07.
