DO NOT LIVE ON THE 3RD FLOOR WITH A VAULTED CEILING ( Bats come thru the roof, carpenter ants invade your apartment the min. it is nice out and all the creepy crawly bug you watch fall thru the ceiling. And when you call maintenace and tell them about it thay will tell you there is nothing thay can do due to the roof.) DO ON MOVE TO A 3RD FLOOR APT AT ALL. ( you are the last to get water pressure so that means if someone below is taken a shower while you are in the middle of your you will lose all water pressure.) LAUNDRY IS VERY EXPENSIVE. ( It cost almost $5 to wash and dry you clothes.) PARKING JUST OUT RIGHT SUCKS. ( Dont not park under tree the branches will come off and bust thru you windsheild. 300 i had to pay out of my pockit the 2nd week i moved in.) And to get out of your leasse early is not even worth it. I though i would love living here when i 1st saw the apartment i loved the one thay showed me but it in not even close to what i got. You can find something so much closer to a highway and alot more for the same price you pay here.
