Heat supposedly comes with the apartment, but heat is intermittent, so you'd better buy a couple of space heaters if you don't want to freeze to death. This past weekend (December 20, 21) the temperature outside was 10 degrees, and it steadily dropped to 0 degrees with no heat, and no answers to when the heat will be fixed.
