The only good things about these apartments are the balconies. The building is overrun with cockroaches and bed bugs. The on-site "manager" is constantly drunk. If maintenance is required, don't expect it to be fixed for weeks, and only after many phone calls to the landlord. DON'T LIVE HERE. ...
