Don't Move Here!!! Not joking or exaggerating - two couples I KNOW were held at gunpoint while people robbed their apartments and the management SAID IT WAS THE TENANTS FAULT because they only had their screen door closed to their patio and because a window was open WHILE THEY WERE HOME!!! During the two years I lived at this complex we had to file multiple work orders to get something fixed. They would come to fix it - leaving a work order saying something was fixed just for us to find out it wasn't. I worked my way through college as a cleaning lady in Bexley. I know how to clean houses. When we moved out I cleaned everything making sure it was in good condition. Not only did they NOT give us our security deposit back but they tried to charge us over $200 for not cleaning such items as the refrigerator and oven. They were SPOTLESS. This not only happened to me but also to 3 other couples who recently moved out. They send your bill to a bill collector and put it on your credit history.
