Management is bad. They tried scamming me 3 times when I became a resident. Trying to make me and my roommates pay a bill not in our name, tried forcing a person I was taking over for to stay by stating I didn't finish the paperwork and I had backed out while silently moving me to another room. The only reason I found out was because that person was actively posting they needed someone to take over the lease. Lastly, I was notified pretty quickly about this one, even though the rent was paid for the first month, there was a specific move-in date that was 7 days before the next rent payment period. If you wanted to move in early, there was a daily fee of $15. If I were to move in the day I wanted to, the cost would have been over $300. The apartment itself is okay but I'm not living here for another year. ...
