DO NOT RENT AT THIS APARTMENT! (1) There are a lot of places that are so much cheaper in Bowling Green. (2) My roommate moved her boyfriend in our apartment and the management didn't do anything about it. I had to move out for my own safety. (3) They try to charge you for everything that they didn't fix in the first place. I lived there for two years and they never took into account that in those two years, they never updated the rooms but tried to charge us because of that. (4) Stuff would go out. My toilet broke like 3 times, and I had to wait to wait until they could fix it. They run out of hot water. Sometimes they don't follow protocol and will just come in your apartment without your permission. This is next to a pig slaughterhouse so you can hear the pigs screaming at night. And it smells really bad sometimes depending on when they slaughter pigs. DON'T DO IT! Go to Enclave or even look at private owners. This is not close to campus at all. One time the shuttle driver wasn't there so I had to find another ride to campus, it was horrible. I rented from winter 2017 through winter 2017. ...
