The management needs to get their heads out of their asses! They are so unorganized and have no idea on how to run the apartment community efficiently. It took almost a month for them to complete a work order for the issues that were noticed from my initial move in. I got a ridiculous water and sewage bill the following month due in part to my faulty toilet that was running. The average family of four uses about 5,000 to 6,000 gallons of water a month. My wife and I were charged almost 12,000 gallons of water! Heck, we did not even have a washer and dryer until the following month!! Stay away from this place!!
