Citation Club Apartments is probably the worst apartment complex in the whole city of columbus. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! The manager, I belive her name is Stephanie is a b from hell! I live in a 3rd floor apartment with leaky loof and mold. I reported the problem to the rental office 4months ago, and nobody ever came out to fix it. Recently, there was a water main break; which took and week to fix. The water was turned off almost all day from 10AM to 7PM! And the complex management did not even make any apologies for the inconvenience to the residents! Stephanie said it was not her problem that the residents were out of water!
