New York management is horrible their nasty don’t return your calls rent is ridiculous for what the apartments look like rotting walls floors and rodents exterminators comes once a month quick spray and done you find dead rodents on the sidewalks everyone has them in their apartment and when I call to complain they get nasty put traps outside in the basement for the rent they charge we shouldn’t have to deal with this it’s disgusting!!! Your supposed to enjoy coming home not worrying if something is running around or your going to wake up and see rat or mice crap around ! ...

DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS!!! THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING AND WHEN THEY COME OVER TO DO REPAIRS, THEY CURSE AT YOU AND SAY IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. THEN YOU TRY CALLING THE REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT IN NYC AND THEY GIVE AN ATTITUDE. THAT'S ALL AFTER YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AFTER GETTING DUMPED IN TO VOICEMAIL 24-7. THIS PLACE SUCKS.
