We lived in Stonehenge 70 for ~3 years. A month before leaving for a new apartment (in the process of moving out), the management got into our apartment and erroneously trashed everything that was inside - including my wife's wedding dress. They apologies profusely at first, asked us for receipts (which we provided) and told us they will compensate for the mistake. And then one day (after we moved out) they suddenly stopped responding to all phone calls, emails and attempts to contact them. My wife ended up losing her wedding dress.. All we asked for was to provide us a reasonable compensation, and they simply deserted us. ...
