Debra Rocco the general manager is a highly abusive person who makes the tenants lives of Harbor Landing miserable. There was a fight outside the apartment building which puts residents of the building at high risk of violence . I have been attacked at the pool of Harbor Landing by another resident with a knife by another tenant and the general manager would not even evict this person . Debra Rocco thinks dictatorship style leadership is the way to run this apartment building. Every moment you make is being watched on camera and privacy is near non-existent. I am warning all future tenants never to move into this dangerous building, your safety and your family's safety is truly at risk in this fake luxury location.
