I have lived here for almost two years and eventually decided to moved out because of the roommate. The roommate is the landlord's relative and always live here. He is a crazy and very emotional person. I do love the neighborhood but it's a horrible experience to stay with this guy. He also let his partner move in without any notice and try to dominate everything including how much clothes you wash!! It's my personal experience lol I highly recommend this neighbor! It's lovely!! Just be careful! Don't pick a wrong apt!!!! I rented from fall '08 through fall 10. ...
