Couldn't be more disappointed. This is not luxury. They are extremely cheap. Apartments and the walls are paper-thin. I can hear my neighbors in their bedroom. No matter what they're doing. Screaming kids. I find the common area is to be filthy. And management is absolutely right horrendous. The lake is apparently public property.Because there's always people here that we have no idea who they are.I'd feel extremely unsafe. Don't be fooled by their advertisements. And when management writes a canned response to this review, know that they're actually not going do anything to change. ...

Don’t walk. RUN. This place is a nightmare in luxury apartment cosplay. DON'T LET THE NICE VIEW FOOL YOU. We’ve paid over $30,000 in rent in just one year and what do we get? Unjustified infractions and a management team that seems more interested in flexing authority than actually managing. At one point, they removed all access to trash rooms for the entire complex. The “solution”? Residents had to walk across two full parking lots just to throw out their garbage. After backlash, they finally reinstated the trash rooms but made it very clear that access could be revoked again at any time. That’s not how you treat paying tenants. Utilities are another horror story, $500+ national grid bills are somehow common here, and no one has answers, not even NG. Combine that with the management's “oh well” attitude toward complaints, and it’s obvious they see residents as income, not people. If you’re considering this place, just know you’ll be paying premium prices to be treated like an inconvenience. Look elsewhere, your sanity and your wallet will thank you. ...

Despite every resident complaining, the bathroom light is set to never turn off. The dryer alarm cannot be turned off, so you hear know when anyone is doing laundry. Floors are thin so you know everything (I mean everything) your upstairs neighbors do. Good luck going outside at night without being eaten alive. Bugs infest the hallways and doors and even get through the closed windows. Oh and they up and changed the trash policy today. You now have to walk about a mile to dispose of your trash. Building isn’t secure as every delivery man can get in and wander the halls looking for your apartment, but many of your packages will still be undeliverable to the address listed. Air conditioning/ heating sounds like a truck starting in your living room. Everything is cheap and breaking. ...
