Lincoln properties is at it again. Check this: they are offering 12-13 affordable apartments at below cost. Only 2-(1-beds)will be available for 2 individuals. They have received hundreds of applications being fully aware that only a hand full can ever partake. However, this is not stopping them from receiving $50.00 per applicant. If they were legitimate they should just draw out 50 names from that lottery number. At least 12 households plus has to qualify but they won't do that, they would rather take around 400 applications about $20,000 dollars plus knowing the remaining applicants would have to wait a life time to even reside at there property at those rates. Lincoln properties are crooks & they are preying on the less fortunate! ...
