Run down drafty dingy apartments. So cold in winter - windows old and leaky. Lots of college kids and parties on weekends. Can walk to school easily. I rented from fall 10 through spring '08.

Run down apartments, rude managers, come into apartment 3 or 4 times a year and take photographs - pull the shower curtain to take photos even. Have stringent rules to ensure you do not get security deposit back. parking a PITA. I rented from winter 10 through winter '07. ...

The ladies who work in the office are always rude. The rent is the highest in the area and the apartments are pretty run-down. They advertise as "luxury" but they are not even close! I rented from fall '06 through spring '08.

The local management and staff are good, and the apartments are OK, but the big New Jersey real-estate company that owns the complex jacks up the rent by an excessive amount every year. Not recommended unless you're only planning to stay short term.
