I rented here for two years. It was very nice until the managers quit in May. Now it sucks. The managers are rude and don`t care about anyone. The maintenance staff doesn`t know how to fix anything and they never show up anyways. Run away from this place!!!! Run away from any place managed by the Cabot Group! I rented from fall 10 through fall 11. ...
