If you enjoy living with mice infestation, leaks, electrocution, glass, shower, doors, imploding, and injuring tenants, the foundation, walls crumbling around you, then this is the place for you. In addition to the building falling apart with no end in sight, Dan Nader, the property manager is a disbarred lawyer- talk to him for two minutes and you’ll understand why. He’s got five personalities, all nasty and all incompetent. I cannot muster up one positive thing to say about this man child. The Super is another very angry and incompetent man-child who yells and threatens residents when challenged. The property manager would rather gossip, lie and blame tenants for anything and everything rather than address any issues. You receive many useless & emotional rants / threats in the form of a memos. The building is falling apart and infested with mice and management has NO sense of urgency. The superintendent’s staff are very nice and work very hard without being provided the proper tools or safety precautions, however, none of them are licensed electricians or plumbers yet they are doing all the work. The property manager is moody, plays favorites and lies as often as he breathes. He shares tenants personal information such as financials, hardships with other tenants. Unfortunately, this building which once had a waiting list now has multiple vacancies for months at a time The building & management is utter trash and getting worse every day. ...
