This is a family owned and operated property known as Garden Style Apartment building, although there aren't really any gardens. While the units can be considered dated, they are clean, roomy, nice amount of closet space and tons of potential to make your own. The property is quiet with lots of parking. Storage and laundry in the building. Landlord pays for heat, hot water and trash removal. 24 hour emergency security. ...
