Be prepared to hear your neighbor...very loud at times. Parking is ok; you have to park on the street every so often. The room sizes are better than most in the city of Albany. The kitchen is small and there is about 40 years of paint building on the walls. Overall, the location is good, the price is resonable, there are laundry facilities, a pool/weight room, and the management is good at keeping the grounds clean and plowed (for such a large complex). There are some small, annoying rules about the lease... like you need to pay extra for a pet and have to continue paying montly for that pet even if it dies, and you can't end your lease early or sublet without financial consequences. ...
